Thank You for Making Our First Main Camp a Success

Our main camp is finished, and we are incredibly grateful for all of the players that showed up. Your enthusiastic engagement is palpable, and you proved your commitment throughout the course of the three days. We could not have asked for better participants than you. Your presence and impressive performance have paved the way for what we are certain will be a fantastic journey to come. From the bottom of our hearts: thank you!

Because of your outstanding skill and dedication, making cuts to the roster has been especially challenging. With such an unusually good array of players with talent, skill, and determination, we have had to think long and hard about how to proceed for the final training camp. Each of you made a strong impression, and your hard work has proven that each of you has what it takes to achieve great things. Unfortunately, cuts must be made as we begin to select a team that will carry the Casper Warbirds to success.

Your work and impressive display of skill at this past camp has fundamentally shaped our team. You have raised the bar high, and we will be forever indebted to your excellence in all areas, both on and off the ice. An effective team requires skills and athleticism, no doubt. But it also requires teamwork, grit, and an unwavering work ethic. Each of you has exemplified these qualities, and we remain inspired to continue to uphold our core values going forward. These values are not only an important contribution to the success of the team, but also to the community of Casper as a whole. Moving forward, we eagerly anticipate the ways in which you will be an asset, both to our team and to the larger community. We are certain that your positive influence will help to foster that spirit of collaboration and excellence that we are so eager to cultivate in our community.
