THANK YOU CASPER

A few weeks ago, after celebrating the finding of a new name for our community's hockey team, we asked the people of Casper to get involved. This was for the good of their town and the newly minted team. As was said in that post, a sports team is inseparably linked to its community and the stronger that link is, the stronger the team is and vice-versa. Thus, we asked for community involvement…and you delivered!

Now, we are overjoyed to be able to say thank you. Your investment in the Casper Warbirds is apparent and we could not be more proud or more grateful. We chose Casper for its reputation as a tight-knit community and our investment has been justified in every way. Our expectations have been more than met as we’ve watched you rally around us. You have interacted with our media and shown your devotion in every way.  Your excitement and dedication have spurred us on towards our goals in new ways and we know it will do the same for our players as they step into the rink in a few months. 

We are confident that you will soon begin to see the benefit of this collaboration. Our team can not bring home the victory alone. Your support makes the games possible and your cheers will spur them on to win. Winning for yourself is one thing but winning for the hard-working people of your community, who took the time to invest in you and your talent, is another. Our players will be in your homes bringing life to your businesses and events. Additionally, part of our team's commitment to the Casper Warbirds will be a commitment to the town that created them. They will invest in this town by hosting fun and beneficial events as well as volunteering to help out in the community. Your involvement and encouragement not only make these events possible but inspire our players to be eager to help and interact. When they flourish you will flourish. Thank you for making this happen.   

Our determination is stronger than ever and we plan to deliver a great season to our Casper Warbirds fans. You have already given our team a victory by showing them you care and now we hope to give back. We are so excited for the upcoming season as the community continues to grow around us. Getting to know the people here in Casper has been so rewarding already and we cannot wait to meet and get to know you as the season kicks off and home games begin. We will be right there in the stands with you, cheering on our players.

So in conclusion, thank you again! Community involvement is essential to the success of this venture and the players in the Casper Warbirds hockey team, and we are thrilled to see that the people of Casper understand this. Your participation and enthusiasm are appreciated, and we are full of gratitude. We are beyond excited for the coming season. We can't wait to see you there!
